Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Collections Manager located in Tiruvannamalai.

- The Regional Collections Manager will oversee the collections processes for the assigned region, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances.

- Responsibilities include monitoring collection metrics, managing and guiding field collectors, developing strategies to improve recovery rates, and coordinating with branch teams for the smooth execution of collection procedures.

- The role also involves analyzing portfolios to identify risks and create actionable plans to mitigate revenue losses.

Qualifications:

- Experience in collections management, debt recovery processes, and risk assessment.

- Leadership abilities to manage, train, and motivate field teams.

- Analytical skills for portfolio reviews and identifying effective recovery strategies.

- Operational knowledge of financial products and microfinance-focused portfolios.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

- Proficiency in planning, organization, and setting region-specific goals.

- Willingness to work on-site and travel within the assigned region.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields; relevant certifications are a plus.
