Location: Bangalore Years of Experience: 10 - 15 years Education: B.Tech. + MBA (Premier institute only) Responsibilities: - The individual is responsible to manage business in the BFSI vertical globally - Execute Business Plan and the strategy to expand customer base in BFSI vertical - Constantly qualify and build new opportunities / prospects - Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition in BFSI segment. - Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends &amp; achieving market share metrics. - Understands buying process cycle in Banking/ Financial services/ Insurance Vertical. - Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition - Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same. - Strong account management and business acumen - Monitor, Review and constant Feedback to team member(s) to perform and deliver - Building and maintaining healthy business relations with all the customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Skills : - Proven track record of consistent high performance and new business acquisition - Experience of working with Sales / Partners on large and complex deals. - Strategic planning, market plan execution with skills in competitor and market analysis - Leading and building a team of highly motivated and skilled sales professionals and monitoring their performance. - Developing relationships at CXO level of customer organization Note: Candidate should be willing to attend face to face discussion in our office based in AMR Tech Park premise. As informed there will be 4-5 rounds of discussions planned, request you to your day free for next 5 hours as per your arrival in office.
