At VIP Industries Limited, we believe in building people capabilities that drive business excellence. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Learning & Development Specialist to join our HR team at the Corporate Office in Mumbai.

Position: Learning & Development Specialist

Experience: 3-5 years in Learning & Development


Industry Preference: Retail / FMCD / Consumer Electronics / FMCG


Qualification: MBA/PGDM


Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai


Key Responsibilities:


- Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) across business functions and design structured learning interventions

- Develop, implement, and execute training programs for Sales and Non-Sales employees


- Plan and drive the monthly learning calendar end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment

- Facilitate capability-building initiatives to enhance employee performance and business productivity

- Partner closely with business leaders and functional teams to understand skill gaps and learning requirements

- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback analysis, and ROI tracking

- Maintain training records, dashboards, and MIS reports for learning interventions

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training partners for seamless learning delivery

- Drive employee engagement through innovative learning methodologies and digital learning initiatives

- Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders across levels and functions

- Passion for employee development and creating impactful learning experiences

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from training data and feedback

- Willingness to travel, if required, for training interventions and business alignment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment

Desired Skills:


- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


- Good understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies


- Analytical mindset with experience in measuring training impact and ROI


- Strong coordination and project management abilities


- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
