Key Account Manager
Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Key Account Manager to oversee our portfolio of high-value clients.
- You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring long-term success through strong relationship management, account growth, and solution-oriented service delivery.
- The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of customer needs, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely -resolution of issues.
- Develop a deep understanding of client businesses to provide customized solutions and added value.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and lead upselling or cross-selling efforts.
- Prepare and deliver strategic account reviews and performance reports to clients and internal leadership.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, delivery, marketing, and product development to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track account performance metrics and meet/exceed revenue and client satisfaction targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to proactively address client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and B2B sales strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and create strategic account plans.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
