Vice President/Senior Vice President - Group Quality Head - Auto Component Manufacturing

We are hiring for a leading Auto Component Manufacturer seeking a seasoned professional to head the Quality function across 15-20 manufacturing plants PAN India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead quality strategy, governance & transformation across all units

- Ensure adherence to global OEM standards & customer requirements

- Drive continuous improvement, Lean & Six Sigma initiatives

- Strengthen supplier quality, audits & compliance frameworks

- Build high-performance teams & quality excellence culture

Candidate Profile:

- B.Tech (Mechanical) - Mandatory

- 15+ years in Quality Leadership roles within Auto Components / OEMs

- Proven experience managing multi-plant quality operations

- Six Sigma certification & MBA in Operations preferred

- Strong stakeholder management with top OEMs
