A leading Bank is looking for candidate to join their Investment Banking arm as VP/SVP - Compensation &amp; Benefits Job Resposibilities: - Designing, overseeing and implementing organisation's compensation and benefits programs. - Monitor salary structures, balance staffing needs with cost controls, and help ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and HR vision. - Evaluating competitor compensation and benefits packages, creating policies and procedures, monitoring the payroll interface to ensure compliance and data integrity, and managing third-party HR vendor resources such as brokers and consultants. - Provide ongoing oversight and support to ensure that performance measures are being used to effectively manage operations, identify and manage risks, and effect organizational change. - Oversee the development and implementation of agency core competencies, core values, and key performance measures into performance appraisal system.
