Profile - Vice President - Sales (Metal Manufacturing Industry)

Qualification - B.Tech / M.Tech + MBA

Salary - Upto 75 Lac CTC

Experience - in sales within the metal manufacturing industry. Proven leadership experience in senior sales roles (GM/Director/VP level). Strong network within the metals, steel, or allied industries

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across regions

- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and key clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

- Drive key account management and large contract negotiations

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

- Collaborate with production, operations, and marketing teams for alignment

- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business margins
