What We're Looking For: - Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years as an HRBP supporting senior executives in a high-growth fintech, technology, or financial services environment. - Leadership & Influence: Proven track record of influencing leadership teams, driving organizational effectiveness, and scaling HR strategies in a fast-paced company. - HR Expertise: Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance, with experience in talent management, DEI, employee relations, and workforce planning. - Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to use HR analytics to influence business decisions and drive measurable outcomes. - Agility & Adaptability: Experience working in dynamic, fast-growing environments, with the ability to pivot quickly and solve complex challenges. - Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and employees at all levels.
