Position: Vice President Sales (Cloud & Cybersecurity)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President Sales to lead the Cloud & Cybersecurity business unit and accelerate growth across enterprise markets.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP) and cybersecurity solutions, along with a proven track record of exceeding enterprise sales targets and building high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization focused on cloud and cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Build and maintain CXO-level relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with leadership to align business goals, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing enterprise accounts.
- Partner closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure solution alignment and client satisfaction.
- Track, forecast, and manage sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and deal conversion rates.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and executive-level discussions.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 16+ years of total experience in technology sales, with at least 6-8 years in cloud and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise deals and achieving multi-million-dollar sales targets.
- Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) and cybersecurity domains (network, data, identity, application security, etc.).
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-level sales teams and regional sales leaders.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market trends into actionable business strategies.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
