Vice President - Risk Policy/Supply Chain Finance - NBFC

Hiring for the NBFC

Purpose of the Role :

To undertake key tasks pertaining to Risk Management for the SME Financing LOBs - Supply Chain Finance and Loans Against Property vertical, including working closely with all stakeholders like sales, credit, operations, compliance, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New policy designing & implementation, changes to existing policy in line with company's vision and focus areas, regulatory changes, competition mapping, new product support, market trends

2. Being updated on industry level developments in the field, competition benchmarking and bringing that intelligence into our policies and processes

3. Introducing new programs and designing the policy and process structures for the same

4. Maintaining credit policy document and changes to the same

5. Formalizing sectoral risk appetite, understanding segment behavior and monitoring portfolio + new business inflow against the same

6. Monitoring credit processes for ensuring strong verification processes & eligibility assessment methods

7. Providing policy support to ensuring end to end automated/digital lending processes in the LOB

8. Provide policy & risk related inputs for various partnerships - current & future

9. Review and monitoring of policies & processes relating to line management - including invoice ageing, Adhoc etc.

10. Frontline support to Business, Credit, Operations teams for policy related clarifications
