Experience: 25+ years (with 5+ years in senior leadership).

Sector Focus: Solar, Wind, Hybrid, BESS.

Core Responsibilities:

- Lead endto-end project lifecycle: concept commissioning.

- Develop strategies, budgets, timelines, risk mitigation plans.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, grid, and environmental standards.

- Provide interim oversight of EPC vertical until permanent head is appointed.

- Mentor multidisciplinary teams; manage vendors & contractors.

- Control CAPEX/OPEX, negotiate contracts, and liaise with authorities/investors.

MustHave Qualifications:

- Bachelors in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil); Masters preferred.

- Proven track record in largescale renewable projects (solar/wind/hybrid/BESS).

- Strong EPC contracting knowledge, vendor management, and compliance expertise.

- Commercial acumen with ability to manage budgets and negotiations.
