Vice President - Project Management/PMO - Legal/Compliance & Regulatory Change

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead PM/PMO delivery for Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, or Finance change initiatives.

- Apply PMP frameworks and structured project management methodologies (Waterfall/Hybrid).

- Own RAID management, governance, and executive reporting.

- Drive change management across global and offshore teams.

- Manage offshoring and transition programs end-to-end.

Ideal Background:

- Financial Services / Banking / Capital Markets.

- Hands-on PM/PMO experience in Legal & Compliance transformation (preferred).

- Experience in Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Risk, or Control change projects.

- Exposure to global delivery and offshore operating models.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong PMP-based project management expertise.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Proven governance, controls, and program tracking experience.

- Ability to work independently in a senior Individual Contributor role.

- Experience delivering functional transformation with system enhancements.
