Vice President - Payer Business Excellence - Healthcare Domain
Job summary
The role of a Vice President and Head of payer Business Excellence is to drive organization's strategic business initiatives, ensure successful service delivery for our clients, and continually raise the bar of our Business Excellence. An experienced, well rounded hands on leader, comfortable communicating at all levels of an organization both internally within organization and our clients.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain and improve quality framework to ensure noiseless delivery with optimum cost of operations
- Lead efficiency improvement delivering defined targets for the business
- Lead and deliver on value creation goals across clients
- Lead identification and execution of cross geo/cross practice projects
- Lead Capability building for a portfolio of practices
- Develop and execute BE strategy for the portfolio aligned to business needs
- Accountable for business impact for the portfolio
- Work with Sr. Leadership on the priority projects and performance fixes
- Provide thought leadership on new operating models
- Leverage digital capabilities to build a lean & effective quality organisation. Lead complex (life cycle/ Spotlight account interventions)
- Create proposals for business problems and challenges
- Lead the engagement from Business Excellence for any RFQ/RFPs & new business opportunities, for the practises aligned
Minimum education and experience required:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in a technology/business
- Proven Business Excellence Strategy development & deployment experience
- Six Sigma MBB/Equivalent certified, with excellent Analytical and Problem Solving skills
- Demonstrated capability to leverage technology in designing solutions
- Excellent Facilitation skill, presentation & communication (both written & verbal)
- Multi Geo Stakeholders Management
- Excellent in interfacing with senior stakeholders in the client organization
