- Lead end-to-end OTC operations including Billing, Collections, and Order Management

- Drive revenue assurance by minimizing leakages and strengthening controls

- Own KPIs such as DSO reduction, cash flow improvement, and past-due reduction

- Implement collection strategies and optimize cash application processes

- Manage audits, risk, compliance, and process governance

- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex operational issues

Team & Delivery Management:

- Lead large teams (1000+ FTEs) with full ownership of performance and delivery

- Plan capacity, forecast workload, and manage productivity

- Drive team engagement, retention, and capability development

- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and leadership development

Transformation & Process Excellence:

- Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Lead process transformation programs and system enhancements

- Ensure adherence to global process standards and compliance frameworks

- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with senior business leaders (CFOs, Sales, Business Heads)

- Provide data-driven insights and performance reporting

- Build strong cross-functional relationships across finance and operations

Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: CA / CPA / MBA / Postgraduate in Finance

- Experience: 20+ years in OTC / Finance Operations

- Proven experience managing large global teams (1000+ FTEs)

Strong expertise in:

- Billing, Collections (Inbound & Outbound), Cash Applications

- Credit management and collection cycles

- Experience in shared services / GCC / outsourcing environments

- Exposure to North America processes (mandatory)

- Strong knowledge of OTC tools (e.g., Get Paid, HighRadius) and ERPs (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

- Demonstrated experience in transformation, automation, and process improvement

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

- Willingness to work in US shift timings
