Vice President - Operations - US Mortgage Default & Foreclosure

We are scaling our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bangalore. We are seeking a heavy-hitting VP of Operations to lead our high-volume Legal Ops for Tier-1 US Banking & Servicer clients.

Reporting To: President/CEO

The Mission:

Own the end-to-end foreclosure lifecycle, attorney support, and strategic client governance for our US-based firm.

Core Responsibilities:

- Operational Alpha: Lead a large-scale offshore team of managers and paralegals in judicial/non-judicial foreclosure workflows.

- Client Advocacy: Primary strategic lead for major bank partners; managing audits, SLAs, and performance scorecards.

- Legal Precision: Oversee drafting/review of complaints, motions, and affidavits for US attorney sign-off with 100% compliance.

- Tech Transformation: Partner with IT to automate case management and reduce cycle times.

Who You Are:

- Experience: 10 to 12+ years in US Mortgage Default/Foreclosure within an LPO or Law Firm environment.

- Domain: Deep knowledge of US foreclosure pleadings, evidentiary requirements, and state-specific timelines.

- Leadership: Proven track record of managing "Large Bank" expectations and rigorous regulatory audits from India.
