- This role is a leadership position responsible for Transformation and Business Excellence functions for Revenue Optimisation Services.

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the US Healthcare KPO Industry with a preference for Revenue Cycle Management
- 10+ years in managing transformation, process excellence and process improvement functions (Must have)
- 5 years of strategic leadership experience with comfort in both the design and execution of transformation strategies
- Quality Certification - Six Sigma Master Black Belt/ Black Belt, Kaizen (Must have)
- Post Graduate Degree in any discipline (Like to have)
