Vice President - Operations

Description:

- 15 - 22 years of core manufacturing experience with plant leadership exposure.

- Direct experience in Electronics Manufacturing / EMS environment (PCB / PCBA / SMT / Box Build / Wire Harness mandatory).

- Proven full plant ownership experience with independent operational accountability.

- Strong track record in cost optimization, yield improvement, and downtime reduction.

- Demonstrated experience in leading large factory teams (200500+ manpower).

- Hands-on, execution-driven leader with strong factory-floor command.

- Engineering degree mandatory; MBA preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end plant operations including Production, PPC, Procurement, Inventory, Quality, and Maintenance.

- Drive daily production governance to ensure output, cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.

- Lead PCB / PCBA / SMT / Box Build / Wire Harness manufacturing operations.

- Improve OEE, yield, and productivity through structured process optimization.

- Drive cost reduction initiatives across materials, manpower, and overheads.

- Control downtime and enhance asset utilization across manufacturing lines.

- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen practices on the shop floor.

- Lead and manage a 200500+ workforce with strong factory-floor presence.

- Strengthen cross-functional coordination across production, supply chain, and quality.

- Ensure OTIF adherence and working capital efficiency.
