- Define and maintain delivery benchmarks aligned with global expectations.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Align technology, AI, and creative operations to deliver seamless client solutions.
- Partner with product, tech, and client-facing teams for continuous improvement.
People & Culture:
- Inspire, mentor, and grow high-performance teams across multiple functions.
- Drive a culture of accountability, agility, and innovation.
Scaling & Growth:
- Anticipate challenges of a scaling business and design solutions proactively.
- Implement performance-driven KPIs and metrics to ensure efficiency.
International Client Engagement:
- Manage and nurture relationships with global clients, understanding cultural and business nuances.
- Drive delivery excellence and customer satisfaction across regions.
Strategic Leadership:
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define operational strategy.
