ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Video Analytics business in North and South India. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing ecosystem partners, system integrators (SIs), and direct engagement with end users. The candidate will play a key role in shaping the market strategy, expanding partner networks, and promoting innovative video analytics solutions across target sectors including Smart Cities, Enterprise, Retail, BFSI, Transportation, and Government. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Sales Leadership - Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. - Share market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic decision-making. 2. Partner Ecosystem Management - Identify, onboard, and manage system integrators (SIs), distributors, and technology partners. - Conduct joint business planning with partners to drive mutual growth. 3. End-User Engagement - Drive demand generation by developing relationships with key decision-makers across verticals. - Provide consultative selling and technical evangelism to influence end-user specifications and requirements. 4. Market Development - Map the regional market and identify new opportunities and applications for video analytics. - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry forums to build brand awareness. 5. Collaboration - Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. - Share market intelligence and competitor insights to support strategic decision-making.

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven professional to take on the role of State Head for our Affordable Housing Finance vertical. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing business operations, driving sales strategy, and managing a high-performing team across the Mumbai region. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the sales and operations for the assigned state, focusing on affordable housing finance products - Drive business growth through effective planning, target setting, and execution of sales strategies - Build and maintain a robust distribution network of DSAs, connectors, and channel partners - Ensure disbursement targets are met while maintaining portfolio quality - Hire, train, and mentor zonal/territory-level sales managers and their respective teams - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop regional strategies - Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including builders, developers, and local authorities - Ensure adherence to credit norms, compliance, and company policy across all branches - Regularly track team productivity and performance to drive accountability and efficiency Key Requirements: - Mandatory experience in the affordable housing finance sector - Prior experience managing ticket sizes between 5 lakhs to 50 lakhs - Strong regional knowledge of Mumbai & Pune - Proven track record as a Territory Sales Head or State Head in housing finance - Excellent leadership and team-handling capabilities - Deep local network and understanding of customer behavior in the affordable housing segment - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Position of Business Development/Sales Manager ( Agritech Division). Location: Delhi. Experience: 8 + Years. Job Description: We are looking for an A highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with expertise in crop protection and government sales. Person will be responsible for managing relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in agricultural sales, particularly dealing with government institutions, tenders, and large-scale procurement. Key Responsibilities: Government Sales & Business Development: - Identify and develop business opportunities with government agencies (Central & State). - Manage tendering processes, approvals, and compliance for government sales. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders, policymakers, agricultural departments & industry associations. Crop Protection Sales: - Promote and sell company products to government institutions and agencies. - Work closely with company teams to ensure product approvals and recommendations. Strategy & Execution: - Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue in the government segment. - Monitor government policies, subsidy programs, and procurement trends to align sales efforts. Key Account Management: - Engage with agriculture universities, research institutes, and government procurement agencies. - Drive long-term partnerships for sustainable business growth. Team & Market Development: - Provide training and support to sales teams and channel partners. - Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry events to advocate for our interests and stay informed about industry trends. - Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to enhance sales strategies. Key Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in Agri Sales, specifically in Crop Protection and Government Sales. - Strong understanding of government procurement processes, tenders agri policies and compliance requirements in India. - Excellent relationships with government agencies, agriculture departments, and regulatory bodies. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the agriculture sector. - Good knowledge of crop protection products and agronomic practices. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel extensively. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a liaison or regulatory affairs role, preferably within the agriculture or healthcare industry. - Experience working with government tenders and institutional sales.
