Role Overview:
The VP - Online Growth will be responsible for spearheading the company's online expansion strategy within the wellness and beauty verticals. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive growth plans, optimizing marketing spend across various digital channels, and driving customer acquisition and retention. The VP will collaborate closely with marketing, product, technology, and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of online initiatives. This leader will be instrumental in scaling the business and solidifying its position as a leading online destination for wellness and beauty products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive online growth strategy to increase market share and revenue within the wellness and beauty segments.
- Manage and optimize the online marketing budget across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate programs, to maximize ROI.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted marketing campaigns, personalized experiences, and loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value.
- Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and marketing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the product and technology teams to enhance the online user experience and ensure seamless integration of new features and functionalities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and lead a high-performing online growth team, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of online growth initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful online growth strategies in the e-commerce sector.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the wellness and beauty market landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in online growth, digital marketing, or e-commerce, with a focus on the wellness and beauty industry.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
