Build and scale a high velocity commerce network

- We are partnering with an organisation building a large scale quick commerce network across Southeast Asia, backed by a strong e commerce foundation. With rapid expansion underway, they are looking for a senior leader to own and scale the marketplace business end to end.

- This is a P and L ownership role with direct impact on GMV, order velocity, and market expansion.

What You Will Own

- Full P and L for marketplace and quick commerce vertical

- GMV growth and order frequency across categories

- Expansion of a dense, high performing vendor network

- Strategic partnerships with top retail and FMCG players

- Delivery of a high speed, reliable customer experience

What You Will Drive

- Build and scale quick commerce ecosystems across cities

- Acquire and grow large format and high frequency retail partners

- Improve inventory readiness, fulfilment speed, and unit economics

- Work closely with product, logistics, and marketing to unlock growth

- Lead and scale a high performance commercial team

Who Should Apply

- Leaders from quick commerce or e commerce platforms

- Strong experience in vendor acquisition, key accounts, and marketplace growth

- Proven track record of owning P and L and scaling high growth businesses

- Deep understanding of last mile delivery, inventory, and catalogue dynamics

- Experience working with FMCG, grocery, or large retail ecosystems
