About the Role:

This role is responsible for defining and executing the Lean Digital Transformation (LDT) roadmap for key customers within the Finance & Accounting domain.

The position drives end-to-end digital, automation, AI/ML, GenAI, and process excellence initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and business process re-engineering methodologies.

The leader will collaborate with global operations, technology teams, and client stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead transformation teams to deliver business outcomes and value.

- Build and execute a transformation roadmap tailored to client objectives.

- Act as a strategic advisor to clients on digital and operational transformation.

- Leverage industry solutions across AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI.

- Drive digital optimization and implement automation opportunities.

- Deploy automation, robotics, and Lean Six Sigma projects to improve operational efficiency.

- Support operations in achieving goals through robotics, analytics, and digital tools.

- Lead VSM and process mapping activities to identify automation and improvement areas.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Strong experience in implementing RPA solutions (any leading RPA platform).

- Proven delivery of AI/ML, GenAI solutions for business problems.

- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs in F&A.

- Exposure to digital tools for transforming RTR processes.

- Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.

- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

- Excellent communication (oral & written) with clarity and impact.

- Leadership capabilitiescoaching, mentoring, and managing diverse teams.

- Ability to deliver under dynamic and tight timelines.

- Domain experience in FAO (AP, AR, RTR) or HRO.
