
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Portfolio Growth Leader to head a large enterprise portfolio spanning BFSI clients and IT Infrastructure, Automation, and Analytics services. This is a high-impact revenue ownership role responsible for portfolio expansion, revenue protection, and executive relationship management across strategic accounts.
This is not a traditional account management role. We are looking for a leader with proven experience managing large multi-service portfolios, delivering measurable YoY growth, and leading multi-account teams with strong governance discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Revenue Ownership
- Own and grow a - 150-300 Cr+ enterprise portfolio (BFSI-led with IT Infra, Automation & Analytics services)
- Deliver 15-20% YoY growth through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives
- Protect revenue at risk and lead renewal strategies
Strategic Account Leadership
- Lead and mentor 10+ Key/Strategic Account Managers
- Establish structured governance and performance cadence
- Implement dashboard-driven portfolio tracking
CXO & Client Engagement
- Executive sponsor for strategic enterprise/BFSI accounts
- Build long-term CXO relationships
- Lead commercial negotiations and large deals
- Growth & Expansion Strategy
- Define account growth blueprints and segmentation models
- Drive margin and portfolio mix improvement
- Develop competitive and renewal defense strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with delivery, pre-sales, product, and solutions teams
- Ensure multi-service solution alignment and execution
- Monitor account health and performance metrics
Experience & Qualifications
- 15-20 years in enterprise/BFSI strategic account or portfolio leadership
- 3-5+ years leading multi-account portfolios
- Managed - 150-300 Cr+ portfolio with growth outcomes
- Strong IT services exposure (Infra, Digital, Automation, Analytics, Apps)
- Deep BFSI industry understanding
- MBA or equivalent
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce/Zoho)
