VP - International Finance

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: CFO

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead international finance operations across global subsidiaries and markets.

- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.

- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, taxation, transfer pricing, and statutory requirements.

- Manage treasury, cash flow, forex risk, and working capital.

- Partner with business leaders on strategic financial decisions, investments, and expansion.

- Lead financial due diligence for M&A, business integrations, and global projects.

- Build and mentor high-performing international finance teams while strengthening financial controls and governance.

Key Requirements :

- CA (Mandatory).

- 1825+ years of experience in international finance within a large pharmaceutical or manufacturing organization.

- Strong expertise in global financial reporting, treasury, taxation, budgeting, and compliance.

- Proven leadership experience managing cross-border finance operations.

- Excellent stakeholder management and strategic business partnering skills.
