3) Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and grow the technology team, including developers, IT operations, and support staff.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative team culture.
- Ensure skill development and career growth plans for team members.
4) IT Operations & Deployment:
- Oversee IT infrastructure, security, cloud deployments, and system integrations.
- Ensure smooth deployment of products and updates, maintaining high availability and reliability.
- Establish IT policies, governance, and compliance processes.
5) Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the key liaison between the technology function and executive leadership.
- Provide regular updates to the CEO and Board on IT initiatives, performance, and challenges.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders to enhance IT capabilities.
