Position Overview
The Vice President Human Resources is a critical member of the executive leadership team, responsible for architecting and driving the overall human capital strategy of the organization.
The role demands a transformative leader with a proven track record in shaping high-performance cultures, spearheading change management initiatives, and aligning people practices with business outcomes.
This role will be pivotal in enabling the company's growth, fostering leadership excellence, and creating a robust, agile, and engaged workforce aligned with the organization's long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of the overall HR strategy aligned with the business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on all matters related to people, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
- Build a strong employer brand and talent value proposition that reflects the organization's mission and values.
Organizational Development & Culture
- Drive a performance-driven culture through robust performance management systems and leadership development programs.
- Champion the organization's values, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Design and implement culture transformation programs in alignment with evolving business needs.
Talent Management
- Lead succession planning, talent acquisition strategies, and leadership pipeline development.
- Ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top-tier talent across all levels.
- Oversee strategic workforce planning to address current and future capability gaps.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure efficient HR operations, policies, and processes that are scalable and compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee compensation & benefits, HRIS systems, and employee relations practices with a focus on fairness, equity, and compliance.
- Leverage data-driven insights and analytics for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Change Management & Transformation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation initiatives with a people-first approach.
- Design and lead change management programs that enable organizational agility and resilience.
- Foster an environment that embraces innovation, continuous learning, and digital adoption in HR.
Education & Experience
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources / Business Administration from a reputed institution.
- 18-25 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5-8 years in a senior leadership role within a reputed, fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling HR operations, cultural transformation, and managing HR in multi-location or global environments.
