Job Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

The Vice President Human Resources will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, driving the people agenda for one of India's fastest-growing data center organizations. The role will lead enterprise-wide HR strategy supporting large-scale expansion of hyperscale data centers, mission-critical operations, engineering excellence, digital transformation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic HR Leadership :

- Develop and execute enterprise HR strategy aligned with business growth and expansion plans.

- Partner with CEO, Board, and Business Leaders on workforce planning and organizational transformation.

- Build scalable people practices supporting multi-location growth.

- Act as a strategic advisor on organizational effectiveness and leadership capability.

2. Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy :

- Build long-term workforce plans supporting new data center construction and operations.

- Establishing strategic sourcing channels through executive search firms, campus hiring, employee referral programs, industry networks, and digital recruitment platforms.

- Leveraging market intelligence, talent analytics, and compensation benchmarking to address skill shortages and improve hiring effectiveness.

- Driving executive hiring, succession planning, and leadership talent acquisition for business-critical roles.

- Designing workforce plans aligned with upcoming Data Center, EPC, and infrastructure projects.

3. Leadership & Organization Development :

- Designing organizational structures and operating models that improve agility, accountability, collaboration, and business scalability.

- Building a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous learning, operational excellence, and employee engagement while strengthening organizational resilience and workforce productivity.

- Leading change management and organizational transformation initiatives during business expansion, restructuring, digital transformation, mergers & acquisitions, and new business launches.

4. Talent Acquisition Excellence :

- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth, project pipelines, and workforce planning across Data Centers, EPC, and Mission Critical Infrastructure.

- Build and strengthen talent pipelines for critical engineering, technical, and leadership roles while enhancing employer branding through strategic sourcing partnerships.

- Leverage talent analytics, AI-enabled recruitment, ATS, and market intelligence to optimize hiring quality, speed, and cost.

- Partner with business leaders to forecast future workforce needs and ensure the availability of skilled talent to support business expansion.

5. Employee Experience & Culture :

- Foster a high-performance culture that promotes accountability, collaboration, innovation, safety, and operational excellence.

- Drive employee engagement, well-being, employer branding, and DE&I initiatives to enhance talent attraction, retention, and employee experience.

- Partner with business leaders to strengthen employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.

- Leverage employee feedback and people analytics to continuously improve workplace culture and employee experience.

6. HR Digital Transformation :

- Lead the digital transformation of HR through scalable technologies, automation, and AI to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

- Drive the implementation and optimization of HRMS, ATS, LMS, PMS, people analytics, and integrated HR platforms to enable data-driven decision-making.

- Ensure seamless integration, data governance, compliance, and digital adoption across HR and enterprise systems to build a future-ready HR ecosystem.

7. Learning & Capability Development :

- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide learning and capability development strategy aligned with business growth, digital transformation, and future workforce requirements.

- Partner with business leaders to identify critical skill gaps, drive workforce upskilling and reskilling initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and high performance.

- Measure learning effectiveness through capability assessments, certification programs, leadership readiness, and business performance metrics to ensure a strong return on learning investments.

8. Mergers, Expansion & Change Management :

- Lead the people strategy for business expansion, greenfield and brownfield projects, organizational restructuring, and new business launches.

- Drive HR due diligence, workforce integration, organizational design, and cultural integration during mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

- Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives to support digital transformation, operating model optimization, and sustainable business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

1. Education :

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.

2. Experience :

- 18 - 22 years in Human Resources.

- At least 5 - 8 years in a senior HR leadership role.

- Proven experience in organizational transformation and scaling businesses.
