About the Opportunity:
A leading Indian multinational enterprise is seeking an accomplished HR leader to join as Vice President Human Resources as part of a leadership mandate. The organization has a significant presence across India and global markets and is undergoing business expansion, workforce transformation, and technology-led HR modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Human Resources function across multiple business units and geographies.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 35+ HR professionals.
- Drive strategic workforce planning aligned with business objectives and future growth requirements.
- Lead talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive organizational development and change management programs across the enterprise.
- Lead HR digital transformation initiatives with strong focus on SAP platforms and emerging HR technologies.
- Implement data-driven decision-making through workforce analytics, automation, and AI-enabled HR solutions.
- Partner with senior leadership to build high-performance teams and strengthen organizational capability.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, and HR governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Build a future-ready people strategy supporting both domestic and international operations.
Desired Profile:
- 18 - 22 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing HR for organizations with 10,000+ employees.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale HR transformation and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong exposure to SAP HR/HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, HR Analytics, Automation, AI-enabled HR tools, and digital HR ecosystems is mandatory.
- Proven ability to lead and scale large HR teams across multiple locations.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering experience with CXO leadership.
- Experience within large Indian multinational organizations, diversified business groups, manufacturing, engineering, consumer, infrastructure, logistics, industrial, or service sectors will be preferred.
- Exposure to international HR operations and multi-country workforce management would be advantageous.
