The organization has a turnover in excess of 10,000 crores & about 4500 employees on board. Job Purpose: Heading end to end HR Business Strategy & people strategy, Integrated Talent Management; Succession Planning , Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Learning & Development, Leadership Development , Performance Management System Job Responsibilities : - Defined short term and long term HR strategy for the organisation and as well as manage key HR strategic initiatives. - Define solutions & strategy for given HR problems based on internal and external data and market bench-marking - Lead key role in policy formation and review process - Designed score card on the basis of balance scorecard for performance review and Evaluation - Designing and implementing a robust HR scorecard system. - Design and implementation of an integrated PMS Model to meet business Objectives for next year including creation of a detailed project plan document for the project execution, buy-in from different constituents in the organization. - Designing SBU Specific performance appraisals sheet/Mechanisms, training of HR members (Appraisers & Appraisees), Performance analysis (Formats and mechanism) - Peer Assistance and develop review mechanism for different functions. - Initiated performance normalization process and ensured bell-curve within the organization. - Monitor performance Evaluation Process - develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. - Responsible for designing the compensation and benefit policy for the organization. - Direct a variety of human resource-related programs to ensure that the organization's current and future human resource requirements are met and that employees are recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organization's human resource strategy. - Strategic Manpower Planning. - Attrition Management - Initiate retention strategies to control attrition. - Strategizing, Designing and reviewing policies and procedures for organization. - Policy/Procedure Development for all functions - Process owner for HR Budget. - Responsible for HR Initiatives to leverage the Business Functions. - Actively involved in Business Performance Management. Skills required : - Proven experience in a Senior HR role - Knowledge of HRMS systems. Educational Qualification : - Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, preferably from Premier Management Institutes like XLRI /TISS/ IIM/Narsee Monjee/Symbiosis/JBIMS etc. Experience Required: 14 -20 years in large sized FMCG/FMCD Companies would be preferred. Salary: Up to 120 Lakhs per annum.
