Role Overview :


We are looking for an exceptional Vice President - Growth to lead and accelerate our revenue journey from 10 Cr to 50+ Cr and beyond. The role demands a data-driven leader with deep business acumen, strong customer orientation, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


- Revenue Growth: Drive end-to-end revenue strategy to achieve 5x growth across business verticals.


- Enterprise Segment Management: Oversee and expand enterprise customer segments to maximize market share and customer lifetime value.

- Data-Driven Strategy: Build and lead a data-first culture, leveraging analytics and insights for forecasting, pricing, and performance improvement.

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing cross-functional growth team aligned to business objectives.

- Customer Orientation: Foster strong customer relationships through a deep understanding of needs and value delivery.

- Process Excellence: Establish and strengthen scalable processes, ensuring operational excellence and consistent execution.

- Decision Cascading: Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure alignment across all levels of the organization.


Key Skills & Attributes:

- Data Management: Advanced proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and decision-making through insights.

- Revenue Management: Proven success in managing and scaling revenue to 50 Cr+ levels.

- Team Management: Strong leadership in building and motivating teams for performance and growth.

- Customer Centricity: Deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and engagement models.

Qualifications & Experience:


- 1015 years of experience in growth, business strategy, or revenue management roles.


- Proven track record of scaling business revenues, preferably in tech-enabled or logistics sectors.


- Strong analytical and data management expertise with hands-on experience using BI tools.


- MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
