
Job Description:
- Drive overall revenue growth, pipeline creation, forecasting, and deal closures across target markets.
- Define and execute GTM strategies for existing and new geographies, industries, and service offerings.
- Lead and scale sales, BD, and account management teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Own strategic and enterprise client relationships; drive account expansion through cross-sell and upsell.
- Establish sales enablement frameworks including playbooks, pricing, proposals, and sales processes.
- Partner with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align offerings, positioning, and execution.
- Act as executive sponsor for key accounts and manage high-value, complex deals.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 16-20 years of experience in Sales, Business Development
- Strong background in a services-based organization (IT services, consulting, digital, or similar).
- Proven experience working across multiple GTM markets (US, Europe, APAC, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
