Description: The VP Government & Enterprise Sales is responsible for driving national sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across central, state, PSU, defence, and enterprise segments. This role demands strong leadership, high-level government relationship management, deal strategy, and the ability to drive complex, multi-crore opportunities from concept to closure. The VP will build and lead a high-performing national sales organization aligned with long-term business goals
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute national sales strategy for Government & Enterprise verticals.
- Identify high-value opportunities in telecom, ICT, SI, digital infrastructure, and enterprise networks.
- Create long-term plans for market penetration, account expansion, and revenue acceleration.
Revenue & Target Ownership:
- Own annual revenue, margin, and growth targets for the Government & Enterprise business.
- Drive pipeline velocity, deal conversions, forecasting accuracy, and profitability.
- Ensure consistent quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year business growth.
Government & PSU Business Development:
- Build strategic relationships with senior officials across ministries, PSUs, defence, railways, smart city missions, and state IT departments.
- Lead large RFP/RFQ/tender pursuits; influence early-stage requirements and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies (GeM, CPPP, state portals).
