Requirements:

- Strong product & trade lifecycle knowledge

- Proven people/team leadership experience

- Strong risk & control mindset

- Executive presence and stakeholder management

- Process transformation / automation experience

- Exposure to AI, RPA, Power BI, Alteryx or data analytics is an advantage

- Ability to manage global operations and complex transformation initiatives
