- Lead end-to-end IPO readiness, including financial restructuring, due diligence, documentation, and regulatory submissions.

- Coordinate with investment bankers, consultants, legal teams, auditors, and SEBI/regulatory authorities.

- Prepare investor presentations, roadshow materials, and support analyst interactions.

- Oversee valuation, equity structuring, and pricing mechanisms.

- Ensure statutory and compliance requirements are met throughout the IPO process.

- Identify potential acquisition/merger opportunities aligned with the company's strategic direction.

- Oversee financial modelling, valuation analysis, and deal structuring.

- Conduct commercial, financial, and legal due diligence.

- Support negotiation and integration planning across business units.

- Build business cases for joint ventures, strategic investments, and partnerships.

- Develop and execute strategies for raising equity, private placements, and institutional investments.

- Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms, institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.

- Manage periodic investor communications, financial reporting, and performance updates.

- Support board-level discussions on capital allocation, debt-equity mix, and long-term financial planning.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for the group.

- Strengthen internal controls, corporate governance, and risk management frameworks.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, IND-AS, and other statutory requirements.

- Ensure financial discipline across business units and projects.

- Lead and mentor finance teams involved in corporate finance, treasury, investments, and compliance.

- Collaborate with business heads, CEO, and promoters on financial strategies and growth initiatives.

- CA / MBA (Finance)

- 15-20+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, ideally with exposure to real estate, capital markets, IPO, and M&A.
