Qualification and Experience:

- CA with at least 17 years of post-qualification experience of which at least 5 years as Head of Finance with a large group.

- Knowledge of printing Industry is a MUST.

- Knowledge of security printing will be a big value add.

Role Overview:

Responsible for overseeing all financial operations, strategic financial planning, and ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization.

You will work closely with the executive leadership team, department heads, and external stakeholders to provide financial insights, drive profitability, and support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives to drive growth and profitability.

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely financial projections to support decision-making.

- Oversee all financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements for internal and external stakeholders.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to improve financial performance.

- Manage the finance and accounting teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to ensure efficient and effective operations.

- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.

- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other external financial institutions to secure favourable terms and ensure compliance.

- Drive cost optimization initiatives across the organization to improve profitability and efficiency.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, enabling effective financial management and strategic decision-making.

- Proven ability to conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance and drive profitability.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and safeguarding company assets.

- Very good working knowledge of printing industry, especially security printing.
