Vice President - Finance Operations - CA/CPA

Key Responsibilities

- Lead global R2R, O2C, and P2P operations, with primary focus on R2R excellence

- Drive month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls

- Manage and scale a large global team (2000-3000+ FTEs) across shared services and delivery centers

- Lead finance transformation initiatives including automation, standardization, and process optimization

- Partner with CFOs and senior business leaders to drive operational excellence and business performance

- Strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks (GAAP/IFRS)

- Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and efficiency gains across finance processes

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 25+ years of experience in global finance operations, with deep expertise in R2R

- Proven leadership experience managing large teams (2000-3000+ FTEs) in global/shared services environments

- Strong exposure to end-to-end F&A processes (R2R, O2C, P2P)

- Demonstrated success in finance transformation, automation, and process standardization

- Strong stakeholder management experience with CFOs and global business leaders

- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)

- CA / CPA is mandatory
