Vice President - Finance - IT/B2B SaaS/B2C - CA

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end financial operations: accounting, taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), compliance, audits, treasury, and banking.

- Own P&L, including product-wise profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

- Drive FP&A: annual budgeting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.

- Publish board-level MIS, dashboards, and financial KPIs; enable data-driven decisions.

- Manage AR, billing controls, and commercial finance (contracts, negotiations).

- Ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk management.

- Evaluate pricing strategies and investment ROI.

- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

Candidate Requirements

- CA with 10+ years post-qualification experience.

- Prior IPO exposure OR experience in a listed company (CFO/Finance Head level, board reporting).

- 3+ years in a leadership role managing finance teams.

- Strong experience in P&L management, FP&A, MIS, and financial analytics.

- Background in Indian IT / B2B SaaS / B2C tech companies only.

- Stable career progression (2-3 years tenure in recent roles).
