Vice President - Finance - Internet/Online/eCommerce - CA

Description:

- To drive finance from a strategic perspective. Oversee the operational aspects by delegating effectively and ensuring robust systems and processes in place.

- Actively co-pilot on key projects with the COO and other business heads

- Will be leading Procurement, CS, and legal team members

- Ensure effective fund allocation and management to optimize ROI.

- Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, including P&L and balance sheet, in compliance with IFRS/GAAP and other relevant standards.

- Lead as books in charge, ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of all financial records.

- Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including variance analysis and forecasting.

- Effectively manage sub-divisions within finance including controllership, taxation financial planning & analysis and business finance functions.

Preferred Background:

- 11-17 years post qualification as a CA

- Must have the experience of operating within the fast-paced, Start-Up environment.

- Should have worked closely with the business leadership.

- Good to have exposure of dealing with investors (PE/VC)

- Experience of leading a team of 8 professionals.
