Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic finance professional to lead and manage the entire finance function of a rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Accounting & Finance, financial controls, compliance, FP&A, treasury, and strategic finance management. The role requires a hands-on leader who can drive operational efficiency, ensure financial governance, and partner with business leadership for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations and ensure timely closure of books.

- Ensure accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Maintain compliance with Indian GAAP / Ind AS and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and internal audits.

- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and processes.

Budgeting, Forecasting & FP&A:

- Lead annual budgeting and financial planning processes.

- Prepare financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and management reports.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable business insights.

- Support strategic business initiatives through financial modeling and analysis.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

- Manage working capital and optimize cash flow utilization.

- Handle banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury operations.

- Monitor cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.

- Manage foreign exchange exposure and related financial risks.

Taxation & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect taxation regulations including GST and Income Tax.

- Oversee timely filing of tax returns and statutory submissions.

- Coordinate with consultants and authorities for assessments and audits.

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and financial compliance requirements.

Financial Control & Risk Management:

- Establish robust financial control mechanisms across business operations.

- Monitor key financial KPIs and identify areas for cost optimization.

- Drive process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.

- Assess and mitigate financial and operational risks.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.

- 10+ years of post-qualification experience in Accounting & Finance leadership roles.

- Strong exposure to financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, taxation, and compliance.

- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.

- Strong understanding of Indian GAAP / Ind AS and corporate finance practices.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
