Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber VP of Finance to lead financial strategy, capital allocation, investor relations, and enterprise risk management for a high-growth semiconductor & deep-tech enterprise.

In this critical leadership role, you will own the end-to-end financial roadmap, establish robust financial controls, and directly drive upcoming Series A and Series B fundraising cycles from preparation through to closing.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

1. Fundraising & Investor Relations (Series A & B):

- Fundraising Execution: Lead fundraising strategies for Series A & B rounds - from financial model preparation, term sheet negotiations, and due diligence management to deal closing.

- Investor Relations: Act as the primary financial voice to investors, board members, and external stakeholders, delivering transparent reporting and growth metrics.

2. Strategic Financial Planning & Controlling:

- Financial Strategy & Modeling: Oversee long-range financial planning, capital allocation, cash-flow management, and program-level financial controls tailored for capital-intensive R&D and manufacturing.

- Forecasting & Optimization: Drive revenue, cost, and margin forecasting to optimize unit economics and runway.

3. Financial Governance & Compliance:

- Controls & Risk Management: Establish scalable internal financial controls, governance frameworks, and enterprise risk management processes.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to statutory, tax, legal, and corporate regulatory compliance requirements.

4. Finance Function Setup & Leadership:

- Build, mentor, and scale an enterprise-grade finance function capable of supporting rapid growth and international expansion.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA - ICAI) or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institution.

- Experience: 6 - 10 years of total finance management experience, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership role.

- Domain Focus: Proven background in deep-tech, semiconductor, hardware, manufacturing, or capital-intensive tech companies.

- Fundraising Track Record: Demonstrated experience successfully leading and closing Series A or Series B funding rounds.

- Core Competencies: Strong command over financial modeling, program financial control, valuation, cap table management, and investor communications.
