Role Overview:

As the Vice President of Finance, you will serve as a key strategic partner to the leadership team, overseeing the entire financial architecture of the organization. This role involves spearheading high-level financial planning, ensuring robust reporting standards, and managing corporate finance initiatives that directly influence the firm's long-term trajectory. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights, ensuring that fiscal discipline and strategic growth remain at the forefront of all operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis function to provide the board with accurate forecasts and strategic recommendations.

- Oversee corporate finance activities, including capital structure optimization and investment analysis, to support the firm's expansion goals.

- Direct the financial reporting process to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and transparency for all internal and external stakeholders.

- Manage the annual budgeting process, aligning departmental expenditures with the broader organizational strategy to maximize operational efficiency.

- Supervise the finance and accounts department, fostering a high-performance culture that emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and process improvement.

- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale financial operations, with a deep understanding of corporate finance and strategic planning.

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

- 20 - 30 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles within reputable organizations.
