Vice President - Finance - CA

We're looking for a CA (Preferred) / MBA Finance with experience in NBFC, Banking, or FinTech.

What we're looking for:

- Strongly preferred: hands-on experience with Ind AS 109 / ECL provisioning and IRACP-compliant NPA classification.

- Has built or redesigned a finance or accounting system.

- Has owned lender relationships directly not just prepared reports for someone else to present.

- Strong command of ALM, cost of funds analysis, and balance sheet management for a lending business.

- Comfortable in a room with investors or lenders asking hard questions about PAR trends, provisioning philosophy, or capital adequacy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Spearhead the annual financial planning and budgeting process to align resource allocation with the company's long-term strategic objectives and growth targets.

- Direct comprehensive financial reporting and analysis to provide the board and executive management with transparent, accurate, and timely insights into business performance.

- Oversee all aspects of corporate taxation and regulatory compliance to mitigate financial risk and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.

- Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, capital structure optimization, and potential mergers or acquisitions.

- Lead and mentor the finance department to foster a culture of high performance, analytical rigor, and continuous process improvement across all financial functions.
