1. Audit & Compliance - Lead statutory/internal audits, ensure RBI & Ind-AS compliance, close audit issues.

2. Systems & Automation - Drive SAP S/4HANA, Anaplan, Concur, Leasing system enhancements & automation projects.

3. Financial Integrity - Ensure accuracy of receivables, income, write-offs, MIS & reconciliations.

4. Management Reporting - Publish daily/monthly MIS for collections, NPA, BDR, credit cost & branch P&L.

5. Business Operations Support - Manage cash collection review, ICM payouts, tax compliance, dealer/DSA payouts.

6. Partnerships & Projects - Handle FLDG partnerships, SEBI project (Shrii), foreign currency bond documentation.

7. Portfolio Sale/Purchase - Identify pools, manage valuation, negotiation & regulatory compliance.

8. Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Manage SAP/Anaplan vendors, system implementations & cross-functional alignment.
