Vice President - Finance & Compliance - Investment Firm

Job Description - Finance, Accounting & Tax Responsibilities:

- Oversee fund accounting and reporting, coordinating with third-party administrators.

- Review and approve financial statements for the fund, GP, and co-investment vehicles.

- Manage capital call and distribution processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Client Details:

A long- established global private investment firm with a diversified portfolio and an international presence.

Description:

- Communicate with investors regularly and respond to queries promptly. Support the investment teams in execution from a compliance and structuring perspective, including review of transaction documentation.

- Partner with other internal teams for investor reporting and servicing.

- Manage investor communication and use of the firm's investor portal.

Profile:

- 12-15 years of experience across compliance, finance, or fund accounting within private equity or alternative investments

- Strong expertise in SEBI AIF / PMS regulations and India- specific fund compliance

- Professional qualification (CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred

- Deep knowledge of private equity fund accounting, taxation, and reporting

- Experience managing regulatory engagement and inspections
