Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced finance leader to oversee the organization's finance and accounting functions, drive financial strategy, and ensure robust governance and compliance. Experience in the media, events, or related industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead finance, accounting, treasury, and financial reporting functions.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and taxation requirements.
- Oversee global accounting operations and financial consolidations.
- Lead internal and external audits and strengthen financial controls.
- Drive IPO readiness initiatives, including financial restructuring, governance, and reporting standards.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic business decisions and growth plans.
Required Skills & Experience & Educational Qualification:
- 10-15 Years of Experience or background in finance and accounting leadership roles.
- Looking for a qualified CA or MBA or Masters in Finance.
- Strong expertise in IPO readiness, M&A, fundraising, or listed company compliance, Financial management, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A.
- Experience in global accounting, multi-entity financial management, and financial consolidations.
- Experience in the media, events, publishing, or related industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of taxation, audits, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
