- Manage external legal counsel and regulatory bodies during labor-related disputes to safeguard the companys interests and maintain operational continuity.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to navigate high-pressure, sensitive situations with absolute discretion, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment.

- Proven expertise in interpreting and applying labor laws and employment regulations within the Indian corporate context to mitigate organizational risk.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at the C-suite level and mediate conflicts between diverse employee groups.

- A strategic mindset capable of translating complex behavioral data into actionable insights that improve workplace culture and retention metrics.

- Strong analytical skills to manage documentation, track trends in employee grievances, and report on the efficacy of internal relations programs.

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, complemented by a professional demeanor suitable for a high-visibility, on-site leadership role in Mumbai.
