Vice President - EHS - Fertilizer Business

Responsibilities:

- Manage EHS policies, standards and guidelines.

- Provide governance.

- Manage litigation.

- Ensure statutory compliances.

- Maintain a robust system for inspection.

- Manage EHS auditing system and follow-up.

- Manage CAPEX budget.

- Promote and sustain a proactive safety culture.

- We are seeking a seasoned Vice President of EHS to lead the safety and environmental strategy for our client, a prominent chemical manufacturing organization based in Vapi.

- In this leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end EHS framework, ensuring that all site operations adhere to global safety standards and regulatory mandates.

- You will work closely with plant heads, senior management, and regulatory bodies to cultivate a culture of zero-harm, driving process safety improvements that directly impact operational continuity and corporate reputation.

Candidate Requirements:

- Current CTC should be >Rs 70 LPA.

- Total Experience: 20+ years.

- Qualification: BE/BTech Chemical + PDIS.

- Industry Experience: API/Chemical/Agrochemical/Fertilizer.

- Ability to manage 5/6 businesses.

- Ability to lead a team of 50+ in EHS across plants.
