Job Title: Vice President / Director GCC Sales (Global Capability Centers).

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad, India.

Experience: 18+ Years (Enterprise Sales).

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a High-Impact Sales Hunter to spearhead our GCC (Global Capability Center) acquisition strategy.

As a seasoned leader with nearly two decades of experience, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of identifying, originating, and closing multi-million dollar GCC mandates.

You will drive the narrative for Greenfield setups, Brownfield transformations, and complex "Build-Operate-Transfer" models, positioning our client as the premier partner for global MNCs looking to scale in India.

Key Responsibilities:


Greenfield GCC Hunting (Net-New Logos):


- Origination: Identify and originate new GCC setup opportunities across diverse industries, including BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, and PE-backed firms.


- Advisory Selling: Engage with global CXOs (CIO, COO, CFO, CTO) to provide strategic consultation on India captive strategies, regulatory landscapes, and talent ecosystems.


- Deal Structuring: Lead the commercial and legal structuring of complex, multi-year deals, including BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer), Assisted Captive, and Full Captive models.

Brownfield Expansion & Transformation:


- Scalability: Partner with existing GCCs to drive "Rebadging" initiatives and expansion projects, moving them from cost centers to innovation hubs.


- Transformation: Unlock new value streams within established ecosystems by selling our client digital transformation and platform engineering capabilities.

Executive Relationship Management:


- Maintain a "Rolodex" of global stakeholders and influencers.


- Act as the face of our client in high-level industry forums (NASSCOM, etc.) and global executive briefings.

Required Candidate Profile:


- The "Hunter" DNA: A proven track record of closing high-value (USD 10M+) enterprise deals.


- You thrive on "The Hunt" and net-new logo acquisition.


- GCC Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of the India GCC landscape, including legal, operational, and real estate nuances of setting up captives.


- Industry Agnostic: While you have deep roots in tech, you can speak the language of Finance, Healthcare, and Manufacturing effortlessly.


- Deal Complexity: Expertise in managing "multi-tower" deals that involve talent acquisition, infrastructure, technology, and compliance.


- Educational Background: MBA from a Tier-1 institute or equivalent global experience is preferred.
