
Description:
- Delivery Excellence & Transformation
- Define and execute the global delivery excellence strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive standardization of delivery frameworks, methodologies, and performance metrics across all geographies and service lines.
- Partner with Delivery, Practice, and Account Leadership to embed best practices in execution, governance, and project management.
- Champion automation, AI/ML-based analytics, and predictive insights for delivery health monitoring.
Quality Management & Assurance:
- Establish a robust Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO, CMMi, and other global standards.
- Drive internal audits, delivery assessments, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to process benchmarks.
- Lead customer satisfaction improvement programs and root-cause analysis of delivery deviations.
Metrics, Insights & Continuous Improvement:
- Create performance dashboards and scorecards to monitor delivery efficiency, profitability, and quality metrics.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build a central knowledge base for delivery playbooks, reusable assets, and best practices.
Leadership & Change Enablement:
- Lead a global team of delivery excellence professionals, process consultants, and quality auditors.
- Enable a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational discipline across delivery teams.
- Partner with HR, L&D, and PMO to drive competency development and delivery capability building.
- Influence senior stakeholders through data-backed insights and governance excellence.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 18+ years in IT services or product organizations, with at least 8 years in Delivery Excellence, Quality, or Transformation leadership.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile/DevOps delivery models, CMMI, ISO, Lean Six Sigma, and PMO frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead large, global cross-functional teams and drive change at scale.
- Competencies: Analytical mindset, strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and exceptional communication skills.
- Certifications (preferred): PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, CMMI Lead Assessor.
