Job Summary:

State Bank of India is seeking a visionary and experienced Vice President - Cyber Academy to lead and establish a new Cyber Academy within its Cyber Security Centre of Excellence (CSCoE). The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience, with a minimum of 8-10 years in cybersecurity education, training, and knowledge dissemination roles. This high-impact leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the BFSI sector's unique cybersecurity challenges. You will be responsible for building a world-class training institution from the ground up, designing curricula, forging academic partnerships, and ensuring a skilled cybersecurity workforce that is prepared for future threats.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning & Leadership: Define and execute the strategic vision for the Cyber Academy, ensuring it aligns with the broader goals of the Cyber Security CoE. You will lead the development of a comprehensive cybersecurity training roadmap, continuously monitoring industry trends and emerging threats to keep the curriculum relevant and up-to-date.

- Curriculum Development & Management: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of all cybersecurity training programs, including courses, workshops, and certifications. The curriculum will cover a wide range of topics, including Network Security, Cloud Security, Incident Response, and other critical domains.

- Academic & Industry Collaborations: Drive collaborations with leading universities, academies, and industry experts to design and deliver high-impact cybersecurity capacity-building programs. You will define the learning pedagogy based on stakeholder requirements and roles.

- Training & Dissemination: Own the development and execution of all technical skilling and sensitization programs. This includes identifying training needs and gaps, and ensuring the effective dissemination of technical skills to a diverse audience, from entry-level professionals to senior leadership.

- Project & Resource Management: Utilize strong project management skills to plan, organize, and execute complex training initiatives. You will manage academy resources, oversee budgets, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of all educational endeavors.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure the academy's offerings meet business requirements. You will serve as the head of the Cyber Academy, engaging with senior leadership and external partners to ensure the program's success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 12+ years of overall experience, with 8-10 years in a Cyber Academy or similar knowledge dissemination role.

- Proven experience in setting up or managing a cybersecurity training center or a Centre of Excellence (CoE).

- Good technical knowledge of cybersecurity domains, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Deep understanding of BFSI sector cybersecurity risks and policy.

- Knowledge of Cyber Labs and modern learning technologies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- The ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.

- Exposure to public-private partnership models is preferred.
